When Joan Mound and Ellen Donohue retired a few years ago from our non-profit consulting firm - ejIMPACT - we felt that the 30 plus years of sharing our knowledge and best practices with the organizations we worked with was our gift to the non-profit community. However, after seeing what is happening with our country and the world, and the conversations we have been having with several non-profit organizations, we' decided we needed to come back in support of elevating what already is in place as well as helping to lay the foundation for new and successful ventures. Hence, NON-PROFIT SOLUTION has arrived.

Between the two of us and our adjunct staff we will support your growth with either a mentoring program, a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly call, depending on your needs. After our free consultation call you will be able to select the method that works best for reaching your organization's goals.
We have worked with national organizations such as The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Big Brothers Big SIsters, Dress For Success, The MS Society as well as local organizations that work on issues such as homelessness, animal shelters, building school PTA's, religious schools, libraries, etc.
